The premises offered facilities which covered all the requirements of the seafood industry, including an excellent shop for the traders and individuals to do business alike. The boys have Louise running the office and keeping the team running smoothly. Not forgetting the many hands backstage who help to bring the finished products to the counter.

The Grimsby market along with the Faroe Isles, Norwegian, Danish and many other areas are viewed regularly in the search for the very best quality. Chris Marks carries the same high respect for his purchasing of the exotic range, and also searches far and wide in his pursuit of excellence for your table. The ever changing variety can be viewed along with all the sea foods available please use the menu on the left. With the exotic range Snappers, Barramundi and Smoked Salmon (John Ross Aberdeen) which is by Royal appointment, are just a few to wet your appetite.
